Well today I hit my 365 days mark! I am so happy with myself, I never EVER thought I would get this far! I've learned so much in the past year, met some great new virtual friends, and changed my lifestyle for the better. I feel so much fitter and healthier.

Thank you MFP! Here's to the next 365 days! :drinker: :laugh:

This is at my biggest, way before I started on here (February 2009) I must have lost some weight somehow between this and signing up on here in Jan 2010!

    SO encouraging! Thank you for reminding me that a year from now I can either be fit and healthy or "wishing" I was fit and healthy. I choose the latter (hehehe). Congrats and keep up the good work.
