I want to make sure I'm eating enough calories to lose weight. When I go to online calculators, I am asked what my activity level is; sedentary, moderate, active, extremely active. I stretch and do strength trading exercise for 20 minutes, 5 times a week, in addition to doing HIIT on the treadmill 4 times a week, for 40 minute sessions. I'm also a senior in high school so I'm constantly walking around there.
Clarification would be appreciated! xx

I'd say: moderate/lightly active.0

Id have to agree. Lightly active/moderate at most. I'd err on the side of lower activity, not higher. I work out 120-160 mins per day--EVERY day-- but set mine at sedentary then add in all my exercise--and only eat back a maximum of 50 %. That way, I am never overestimating what I need.0

if you have to ask, sedentary.0
