    Big up to the UK crew! plenty of us here by all accounts. I've been using MFP for nearly 2 weeks now and its been a revelation! I'ts really helped me understand where I have been doing things excessively, I can now accurately keep track on what I am eating and hopefully get back into my redundant wardrobe! good luck everyone :smile:

    Hi to all the UK users :)
    Now I am not from the UK, but my boyfriend who lives here is, he has been here for 3 years now. He is from Blackpool. I have been doing the new years dieting and excercising, because we are planning a trip over there next Christmas, so that's a big big reason I am trying to get back in extra good shape and why I decided to join the site!! :) Best of luck to everyone on their goals and weight loss.
