I've heard a lot of greats things about this tea.
-It contributes to weightloss.
-Reduction of chronic health conditions such as heart disease.
-Helps with inflammatory disorders, and high cholesterol levels
-Provides vital antioxidants, promoting superior bone structure, robust skin and good dental health.
But is all this true? Someone tell me lol

Yes it is an antioxidant. I used to drink it for the flavor.
It does not have special weight loss properties.0 -
Yes...... I buy the China Classic Oolong tea in the brown box off EBAY; 100 tea bags for $8 & free shipping.
So far I've lost 5 lbs. by drinking 4 cups throughout the day for the past 2 weeks. I'm gonna continue to drink 4 cups a day
and see how much more I can lose. it doesn't taste bad either, tolerable.0 -

You lost 5 lbs just from drinking tea and not changing your diet or exercise habits at all? I'm sure that is not the case. No tea has magical properties to make the fat fall off you. It's just tea.0 -

I agree. Something just doesn't add up here.0 -
It;s nice tea. But it wont give you magic weight losing powers.0

I'm not sure about the weight loss prospects, but I do know it will lower your blood pressure and relax your body. So be careful if you are on a bp medication because while the tea is helping your bp it will cause your body not to need your meds. Make sense?0

Most of the time I like to prefer only green , I just heard about the oolong tea. I is very beneficial for health and most of the time it has been that this tea is served in a Chinese restaurant. It is also very delicious tea and good for health.0

Most teas are pretty good for you. They won't "make" you lose weight, but they can be a good addition to a diet and exercise regimen. Because for me, teas give me something hot to drink and helps distract me from snacking. I'm drinking some roobios right now. Roobios is good because it has about as many antioxidants as green tea, without the caffeine. I say go for it, but don't expect it to be some kind of miracle cure.0

I was also working out 3 days a week at the gym & watching what I eat.0

It doesn't do any of that (well except it has antioxidants). I would bet you would struggle to find any credible studies that would suggest any of it is true. But I do like the taste.0
