hi im lisa and have lost 130 lbs 4 1/2 years ago.......i have 10 more to go!!!

  Congrats that is great, you need a before and after pic. You can do it. I know you will get these last 10lbs off

  That's great! That's how much I need to lose, so far 11 lbs. It's good to hear a success story. Can't wait to hear you've lost those last 10lbs. I know you'll succeed.
