You look amazing, keep up the good work :)

Your stats are also fantastic, may I just say... I envy your calves lol YOU GET TO WEAR TALL BOOTS!! we are almost the same height and same bf% but your stats are better than mine even though I weigh much less, goes to show that weight is not everything :)

I know exactly what you mean by "it's easier to be fat" whenever I am in that place I tell myself "you know you don't like being fat so don't quit, it's easier to keep going than to start all over again"

You go girl!!! As a female who is also 5'0" in my late 20s (can't believe I can almost say 30..), I get the struggle!!! Life makes it super hard to stay consistent, but this is a way of life, not a get skinny/fit fast crash plan. 40 lbs over a year is a HUGE accomplishment! I've been at this for almost 10 months now and I feel so embarrassed to say, I still weigh the same as when I started... But at least I haven't been gaining! We will do this!

Look at that--so awesome! 41 lbs & learning so much. Love the lessons you've learned--it's a good motivator to keep going myself :O). Maybe I'll try the post in one year regardless of where I am :P. Thanks for the inspiration and keep it up!
