    Last year, I lost 40 lbs then gained it all back and then some. I peaked recently at about 290 and have lost a little over 10 lbs since then. You have given me such hope! And you kept your boobs, too! Lucky girl LOL You did a really great job and I'm glad you shared your story.

    I know some people have been asking - I had the vertical sleeve gastrectomy.
