Banana Fudge Smoothie

3/4 cups 1% milk
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1 ripe medium banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbs cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 packet natural sweetener

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Drink and enjoy.

Packed with protein and fiber, perfect for a post-workout snack.

    Sorry I did not post the nutritional values. Here you go:

    Calories ~ 372
    Carbs ~ 43
    Fat ~ 6
    Protein ~ 18
    Fiber ~ 9

    I know this seems like a lot of carbs, which is why I drink right after a really good workout, that is when your body is craving carbs and will use it up to burn fat....
