Had this today and it tasted awesome and I feel absolutely satisfied! Perfect meal for anyone combining low carb with intermittent fasting.

    Judging by the consistency I'm guessing mayo, but that is a big ol' glop of it. I just... erm. Glad you enjoyed it.

    i don't know how that is mayo...because he said only 1tbs of mayo and that's a hell of a lot more than 1 TBS....however....

    it could be the close up.

    edited to add, what is holding your beef together...it looks like I saw oatmeal in there....any binder? like egg? why and how is it not crumbly? that can not be JUST ground beef.

    Ha! This made me laugh. :)

    ..and yes folks it's mayo. I guess I didn't specify that it was mayo.... wait I did. Each beef patty was 4oz raw.. they shrunk while I cooked them so I guess that's why the mayo looked big. Also, it was beef only. Nothing used to make it stick together.

    I apologize that it wasn't so creative beyond a burger without a bun. It just looked like a sundae to me after I finished making it.

    I'M SO SORRY!

    I'll think twice before posting another topic. :P

    Don't stop posting. I think it looks a little like a sundae, some of the things I cook look nothing like a picture in a book or online but I enjoy making and tasting them
