How do I get in on this? Is it a treat a day or just cram in as much as possible over the month?

Just follow the link in the OP-- you have to be a member of the group to post.

You fit in however much you can while still reaching your goals. For some that'll be more than for others. For me it's usually about 300-400 calories per day.
