Great job. You're so right.
It is the little things that count and add up.
I am trying to remember that after getting a bit too hung up on eating certain things and worrying about carbs.
I am now back to keeping things simple which helped me to lose 20kg, have regained about 6kg.
I am focusing on thinking about keeping my carbs relatively low but working in a treat every day to make sure that I don't binge at night (that's what I tend to do!), and making small switches to lower calories but not sacrifice taste!
