What do you eat before bed?

I usually have cereal or a glass of almondmilk

    Oh food. It depends on what I had that day. Meal timing doesn't matter. If i need more food then I have more. If not then I don't eat anything.

    Depends on how many cals I have left and what I'm in the mood for. Tonight i'll probably have some cottage cheese and strawberry preserves.

    Anything, I am a bad late night snacker!

    Tonight it was a bowl of pineapple. Luckily I had lots of room in my calories for the day :)

    Well, then it could be well said that like us all, you eat your entire daily caloric allotment before retiring :)

    I just had a habanero, 75% reduced fat cheddar, and egg white omelet. However, this is atypical for me.

    My eyes are watering and my nose is much like a faucet. Next time I will have to go a little easier on the habaneros. Or not.

    Sorry about the visual there with the faucet gag, but it is not only true, it adds spice to the tale.

    If I eat before bed it's usually a cup of cheerios with 1/2 C Almond Milk and 1t. Luo Han Guo to sweeten it.
