What is your tiny but POWERFUL pre-workout energy source?

I gym M-F @5am normally on an empty stomach (prevents puking). But I'm exhausted and am thinking I need a quick surge of SOMETHING that is small but not anywhere near filling. I'm thinking maybe those small fuel pak pouches??

NO artificial sweetners
NO GMO
NO soy
