T25 in MFP

How do you track your workouts with T25 in MFP/

    I'm staring on Monday and the research I did, said that you should wear a heart rate monitor, and manually enter or create an activity and enter the calories burned.

    Thanks...I used aerobics today since i don't have a Heart Rate Monitor...
