Is there a way to show that I am breastfeeding so it will change my calorie and protein needs?

You can either manually add 500 calories to your daily goal, or every day log it under your food (or maybe it's exercise... now I forget, but it's in one of them).0

I haven't been able to find a way to have it set automatically, though you should be able to put in the number of calories (in my case, 100) through exercise and account for it that way. I don't think I've ever come across a diet/exercise site/program that accounts for the caloric needs of a nursing mother. BOO.0
