Hi Canadians ! I'm in Niagara region Ontario !Just joined and I hope it helps me ! Need lots of motivation !

Saint John , New Brunswick! This is my first post and I'd like to make some friends here. I am 40 years old and have about 5-7 pounds left to go. I'm pretty motivated and excited to see my goal weight soon - but I am nervous about being able to maintain. Anyone in the same boat, I'd appreciate tips/support.
