Feel free to add me. I just joined back today ... looking at losing 60 lb. and feeling VERY fat right now. I hate it .. looking for a lifestyle change. Started going to the gym on Monday .. two days in a row now .. and I hope not to miss through Saturday .. Sunday will be my day off if I've been good all week! Changing my eating habits and moving more ... I hope I can stay motivated!!0

This is my second day with MFP. I joined a wellness center and I am having difficulty getting there on a regular basis. I have to lose 30 lbs. That may not sound like a lot of weight to lose but for me I am medically obese. I would like to connect with women who know how hard it is to stay motivated. I need encouragement and I will encourage you.0
