Hello, another newbie here, I am 55yrs old living in Indiana, married and own 5 chihuahuas. I hope I have found a place that has alot of support so I don't feel so alone on this journey of a lifestyle change because it has been hard to finally come to the truth that I really did need to loose weight for myself and my health.. I can't do it alone :( that's where the support comes in.. and just to know that I am not alone here doing what I need to do, and finding advice would be so great.. looking forward to meeting others and finally meeting my goal :)
