Lately I've been doing these exercises

I have been noticing stronger arms. Are these good exercises or am I just wasting my time?

Thanks for the link; I bought kettle bells a couple years ago because I planned to work out with them but that idea never materialized... still have the bells, though, and intend to get going on them!0

I have a 10-lb kettle bell at home; I use it for various core exercises from core twists, knee lifts etc and it doesn't take much to feel it.0

I just started this 2 weeks ago and I've been noticing me getting a little stronger. I'm hoping to find more exercises and move up in the kettle bell weights. Any one have any other kettle bell exercises?0
