what zumba dvd video do you recommand and where can i find any?

    Amazon sell them. I have the original set or 4 or 5 (can't remember which it is) that comes with the zumba shakers. The dvd is the one by the guy who invented zumba. I love them and do them regular.

    Don't know if you have a Wii or not but there is a new Zumba Wii game coming out in March (thats in Europe may already be out in America if you are living there). It looks great - I have it on pre-order from www.play.com. You can see how it works by searching for it on You Tube. The girl demonstrating it looks fab so there is plenty of incentive there!!!:wink:

    The classes are great, really friendly, really good mix of all shapes and sizes. You can find a class here http://search.zumba.com/classes/

    I am definatley getting the wii fit version in March!

    try looking for free videos of it on the net. you dont want to buy it and find out you wont do it. i personally love the cardio party, it's 60mins long and a real workout.
