    So far, I'm great today! I am getting a lot done just cleaning and organizing around the house which is quite a workout itself, and I got a workout in. Also, I have only done very light snacking today. It's 4:33 PM, and I still have a bunch of calories left to use.

    I grew up in Kalamazoo/Portage. I've been in Tucson, AZ since 1982. But Kalamazoo is 'home' in my memories.

    I love most of Portage and Kalamazoo, and I especially love the colors of the trees here. I am not ready for the snow.
