Hi i'm new

I'm new to this site, been on it a week and never really used a forum before its took me a while to figure out my way around the site :ohwell:

Anyway i'm a mum of 3 and last baby was born in november and now i'm fed up of all the baby weight and extra flab :smile: . I'm keeping track of calories and cutting down on food, going to start belly crunches. If anyone can give me any tips and ideas of what else i can do, please feel free to advise. I would love nothing better than to get back to a size 12. :happy:

If there is anything anyone can recommend for this chubby mummy i would be grateful :happy:

    Hi,I am new as well.....

    I had my 3rd baby in December 2009 and lost all the weight but am now only 7lbs off what I was when I had her!!!!

    I am starting ZUMBA next week, it seems all the craze at the mo. Doing it during my luchtime at work. I'll let you know if it works.
