Help with a food choice

We are going to Sweet Frogs tomorrow, a frozen yogurt shop. They have different types of frozen yogurt, such as No Sugar Added, Low Fat, Fat Free, and Regular. Which one is the better choice? im just counting calories, etc, like normal. Ive heard so many different things as far as do this and that, but stay away from this... Help Please! Id like to make an informed decision on what is better for me!

Without being able to see a nutrition label, I can only use my best judgement and experience to form an opinion....

No sugar added usually has an artificial sweetener in it. If you have a problem with artificial sweeteners, I'd avoid this. If you're fine with artificial sweeteners, this will probably be the lowest cal option.

Fat free frozen yogurt....I dunno, could go either way flavor-wise. I do like fat free regular/greek yogurt and milk, but other dairy products, like cheese, taste horrible without fat. However, it would have the real deal with sugar. That said, if you like the taste, this is probably the second lowest cal option.

I would go for the low-fat option. Real sugar, lower in fat so calories are reduced, should still taste the most similar to the real version.

If that was my only planned treat for the weekend, I'd get a small of my absolute favourite and make it fit into my day..

This is my ONLY treat this weekend. I don't have cheat days, i focus on me everyday. So i am a lil freaked out by walking into this yogurt shop, but I can handle this, lol

Sweet frog lists nutrition info on their website, most chains do now. Just check the calories there...

I have treats every weekend :) I firmly believe that for me it's the most sustainable way to go. I don't want to feel deprived at all. My idea is to eat like my thin friends, to indulge and then balance the scales with lower cal meals and activity.
