I am confused about ''exercise calories'', if i have exercised and i eat more than 1,500 cals, i feel like i have eaten too much.

Is this right or not?

Please read this sticky- it explains why you should eat at least some of your exercise cals:

    Good luck

I know how you feel. I heard it both ways. Eat your exercise calories, and not to eat them. I have decided not to eat them, and just go with what I am normally allowed. I think I lost more weight not eating them, versus now. It seems like my losing has slowed down. Good luck with making the right decision. Let me know what you decide.

Quick and easy ... Eat within your normal calories PLUS some or all of your exercise calories .... its a huge topic and you will find plenty of posts on it

Whenever I asked my doctor about this, she simply said this "If you are eating 1200 calories and you exercise to make those those calories fall to say 900, then yes, eat back your calories. If you eat 1500 calories and exercise away 300, then do not eat those calories back, as long as you don't fall below 1200" Now that was the advice my doctor gave me. That may not work for everyone, but I started losing more when I followed her advice.
