Jawbone up24 issues and MFP calorie counting?

Helloooo
I have recently got myself a jawbone but am a little confused with some of the figures.
So the first thing that confuses me is the adjustment from jawbone to MFP. Negative adjustment is on from when I had a fit bit. Now I've only had this a couple of days but no matter the steps I do, my negative adjustment is still the same.
** I have tested adding a 40 minute bike ride with a Jawbone burn of 342 calories and MFPadjusted to a -14 on exercise. (I think it's negative!? The bottom adjustment says 14 but exercise on the top bar says -14... confusing !!!)
Generally, whether I do 7k steps in the day (yesterday) or 5k steps in the day (two days before that) my calorie adjustment from MFP stays at 90. Pretty confused by this all if I'm honest... Is there something wrong with my measurements or is this how it's meant to be? Can anyone show me examples of their diary? If there's any way to include images please pop them below because it's much easier to digest rather than being thrown loads of numbers
Now because of this, if I load the MFP app, I have say 1300 calories to eat for the day and at the end I have 0. If I load the jawbone app at the end of the day, I apparently still have about 400 calories left to eat...
Which one do I go by? Can anyone help this confused mind!!!
