I have been snacking on Emerald 100 calorie packs of almonds, they are fairly inexpensive. Also, Sunmaid vanilla yogurt raisins in mini snack boxes and pumpkin or sunflower seeds, which last forever and are really cheap-they are a little high in fat but if you have a moderate portion, it's not bad.

I keep a mountain of Quaker 90-calorie granola bars in my desk at work. You can get them in boxes of 18 (with 3 different flavors) for around $5.
  • Almonds are expensive but a big bag lasts you a while!

Light cheesesticks, high fiber granola bars, and just plain old apples are my favorite.

Obviously fresh fruits and veggies, nuts to a limited amount, kale chips (bake kale leaves with a little olive oil and some spices &/or sea salt until crisp), crispy chickpeas (rinse and dry canned chickpeas (garbonzo beans), toss with olive oil and a spicy seasoning (I like a cajun mix) and bake for about 50 minutes until crisp), hummus and a lo-carb tortilla, beef jerky (if you aren't watching sodium).

I love those, so easy to make and yummy, thought I was the only one!
