This site since January 2014! But I have made lots of progress! I've lost 50 lbs. And
Many many inches and look like a new person. I'm still working towards my goal of 120 lbs. And being
More toned. Right now I'm trying to focus on my lower belly and thighs as far as toning. I know
You can't really just focus to one area but at least with the exercises I do I can try my best!
I am a mail carrier and walk all my routes six to seven days a week. I'm looking for others who are trying for
