Hi :)
feels like I've eaten my way to a new dress size over the past 8 months, Ive been through a real rough patch with my marriage, and i have decided to separate from him. want to desperately get down to my usual 45kg.
Realised that getting fat doesnt help my circumstances in anyway.
lets hope for the best.

    Hi ! I've rejoined my fit pal tonight and rejoined a gym for possibly the 100th time in my life. I've gone up 3 dress sizes and the heaviest I've ever been . Feeling very low and need to do something to help my self esteem. I'm sorry you are going through this rough patch :( if you would like to be motivational support buddies that would be great for me too as I'm in need of help and support
