Just take it one day at a time, you can do this! I've been getting back on board for years now and I haven't given up yet! :flowerforyou:

One day at a time. The first couple weeks will feel like total HELL!!! But, once you get through them and back into a routine, it should get a lot easier. There will be bumps just like last time, but you can overcome them!! I lost 40 lbs before I got pregnant with my 4th boy who is now 10 months old. I've been hanging onto the "I'm pumping so I can't workout that much" excuse for way too long. I'm almost done with pumping, so yesterday was the day that I try to get back on track. We can both do this!!!!!

Hop back on the wagon with the rest of us... There's plenty of room. Please don't feel hopeless, if you did it once, you can do it again. Start out slow and careful, don't try to get it all back in a month. Work on what went wrong then see if you can fix it. We all have setbacks both in weightloss and life in general, you just pick yourself up and get back to it. You really can do this.

Trust me - I know it isn't easy getting back on track. Have been struggling with it for a long time myself. I've gained a lot more back than 20 pounds too!

It really is a "just do it" kind of a thing. Whether you ease yourself back into it, or jump in to the deep end, it's still something you just do. Once your back on the wagon, there becomes a certain familiarity, and you're saying to yourself, "Oh yeah, I remember this...." Before too long, you're back on it.

I'm just glad there's no limit on the number of times you can start over!! I had to put up the picture again in my office that says, "If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up." and "That little voice in your head that says you can't do this is a liar."

You can do this. You are worth it.
