I'm trying to lose weight and im thinking about going really high fat and low carb
protein 225
fat 100
carbs 189 = 2556
last time when i cut i did
protein 275
fat 55
carb 240 = 2555
So both diets are the same amount of calories, my question is do the ratios matter? Would i still lose the same amount of weight with a higher fat diet?

You didn't really explain why you're setting your macros that way? Are there any specific reasons that are going to help you reach your goals? It depends if you're trying to lose fat, maintain muscle, etc.
Carbs give you energy. Fat helps with hormone regulation. Protein keeps you full and helps with muscle repairs.0 -
I am coing really low on carbs as well and higher on fat and protein and have started to see good results.0
