Done 30 Day Shred, now what? Suggestions...

I recently completed Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred and steadily gained strength and lost weight. I enjoyed realizing that the stuff I struggled with at the beginning were getting easier as I worked along. I borrowed JM's Ripped in 30 from the library but find it moves pretty quick at times and don't like her demeanour in some of it. What have other people followed with after doing the Shred?
