Done 30 Day Shred, now what? Suggestions...

I recently completed Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred and steadily gained strength and lost weight. I enjoyed realizing that the stuff I struggled with at the beginning were getting easier as I worked along. I borrowed JM's Ripped in 30 from the library but find it moves pretty quick at times and don't like her demeanour in some of it. What have other people followed with after doing the Shred?

I've only done one of Jillian's workouts, and I hated it. I didn't like her attitude at all. If you like these type of workouts, I'd suggest The Firm Express Get Thin in 30. It's a 30 day workout plan with 12 different workouts included and a bonus 10 minute workout. It is led by 4 different instructors (different one each week) and they are motivating instead of demeaning. It is mostly cardio/weight intervals and they are all 20 minutes long. I am on the last rotation and I love it!0

I've never done Shred...but tried a few other JM workouts. I always traded them away.
My favorite instructor is Kelly Coffey Meyer.....she's not a "TV personality" just down to earth and friendly without being syrupy sweet.
This site is great for video clips & reviews. Tons of info on equipment required, impact level, fitness level, etc. It helps you make better educated guesses.
