Has anyone tried the special k challenge plan? I buy the bars, just to have as a quick snack, but never really looked into the rest of the foods...

I use the Protein water mixes daily. They really help at controlling my appetite between meals and making my water yummier! That's all I use though.0

Too much sugar (the "challenge") is pretty much entirely made up of refined grains and sugar, including high fructose corn syrup.
The "challenge" as outlined on the website is around 1,000 calories a day, which is a starvation-level diet for nearly all women.
In my opinionated opinion, it is an irresponsible marketing scheme.
There are plenty of balanced ways to lose weight while eating real, live food. Here are a few links to safer, more nutritious bets:

I have never tried the challenge but I do eat the cereal for breakfast on the weekends.0

Yeah, I've tried it once upon a time. Before I could see any results, I was sick of it. It is tooooooooo limited; much like Slim Fast. Sure, I can eat cereal all day; if it's Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Cap't Crunch, but not this..And there is too much sugar in disguise (high fructose corn syrup, etc) in there for my liking. Like some one said, it's not realistic nor that healthy..Just a marketing scheme...0

I think that choosing things like the protein water, cereal (plain or with strawberries), and snack crackers are good ideas. However I think the bars may be pushing it.0

I've tried it and had a hard time sticking too it. There wasn't enough variety and it's filled with carbs, which made me hungry. You also have to be careful with the ingredients since a lot of them are packed with sugars, some high fructose corn syrup which isn't good for you.0
