New to the site. Works very well. I have a strong drive and workout hard but have always had trouble counting calories. I work out at the 24 hour fitness in Temecula and as well as the gym's on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. This is a great tool to use. However, I wouldn't reccommend starting off cutting 1000 calories from your daily caloric intake. Start more at 250 and work your way up.
