    I have been on holiday from work this week and the only things I have done has been walking the dog and refreshing MFP for updates, so I know how your feeling.

    LOL!!! I'm soooooooo glad I'm not the only one! I'm also more addicted to MFP than Facebook, and that's a complete shocker! Don't tell my boss either! We're blocked from FB at work, but not my new, true love- MFP. =) And I'm losing weight too, so refreshing must work! :tongue:

    Technically, according to LiveStrong, surfing the internet or tv burns about 123 calories an hour for a 180 lb person. The key is "surfing" the internet or tv. If you're just watching tv, it burns 85 calories an hour for a 180 lb person. Typing burns the same amount of calories as surfing the interwebs.

    Hey, it's still an activity where your muscles are being put to use. Tracking sedentary activities are almost meaningless if you're already working out, but hey, they're there for those who like to track 'em. Haha.
