Hey guys,

This is the first time I've posted in the forums. Please be gentle! :)

I've recently started reading Tim Ferriss' "Four Hour Body" and am really interested in giving the slow carb diet a go. I was just wondering if there's any other slow-carbers out there who wouldn't mind being friends and adding a little motivation, support and accountability to the deal.

Any takers?

Basically the deal is, little to no dairy, no fruit, no carbs, TONS of protein, legumes, and vegetables, with one "Cheat day" a week where all restrictions are removed and one can eat whatever they want, however much they want.

I'm sure some quick googling would find you some more detailed information if you're interested.

OH I saw him on Dr Oz. Are you doing the ice baths and cheat days. I was interested in his book. I haven't picked the book up yet. He also said to drink grapefriut juice before you eat. I will add you as a friend if you want.
