When to eat last snack of the day?

What is the consensus about the best time to eat the last snack of the day? THANKS!

    Well I have always heard that you should not eat 2-3 hours before bed...so before then :)

    That would depend on when your day begins and ends. I end at eleven pm; eat a yoplait; go to bed at four.

    yeup, I've always heard 2-3 hours as well, so you have enough time to digest before you sleep
