Day 3 - 30 Day Challenge

I am taking upon myself to start this topic so we can all be motivated and support each other.
if you are part of the 30 Day Challenge and are not my friend; please friend me....
So today's topic is:
Did you do your cardio for the day? and if so what did you do?
I did 60 minutes of Turbo Kick. this is a class at 24 Hr Fitness that incorporates punching, kicking, and all kind of moving. Has anyone done this class before??

Hey! I went on a hike and I walked a lot today. Hard to estimate, but we were out for over two hours. I definitely got a workout!

I love kick boxing i did farrell's and got hooked, but it is expensive and i'm not working so i'm doing walking dvd's and have done my cardio for the day.0

30 minute jillian shred (technically last only 20 minutes but i went on to level 2 to get my 30 minutes for the challenge). then 45 minutrs wii zumba.0

I did my cardio! I walked for an hour, and cleaned for an hour! LOL not what I usually do, but since it was a busy day today I figured that was good enough! Burned somehwere around 500-600 calories! I'm under my calories for the day as well...so that's good. Oh...and I lost the 2lbs that I had put back on last weekend!!!! YAY0

I didn't get my cardio in for day 3 =( I had a quiz night fundraiser straight after work for the cancer society. I did stay within my calorie limit though which was a bonus since we went out to Thai for tea before the quiz. I was really happy with myself. I split my meal into two (it was huge) and took half home for lunch the next day.
I have made up for no cardio on Friday and have just got back from doing a 6km run. I feel so good for getting out and doing it too. I am starting to get the running bug and I love it!!! I still have 20 min of cardio to do later on tonight to get 60 min in for the day and will do a workout on my ab-circle pro and have made a small circuit to get some strength exercise in.
