I'm feeling very excited to have heard about MFP. I'm starting over for the 100th time it seems. Counting calroies is what works for me. I think the tools and support from this website will really help.

    You can do it-- this website is a great tool-- I have set it as my homepage so it's ALWAYS there to remind me to log my food, et cetera-- welcome!!

    Welcome Anita! This is a great place to start that journey, even if you've started 100 times before the destination and journey will be different. I have confidence that your journey and the friends you meet here will be the the best ever.

    Welcome, Anita! Yes, you will find on this site the best encouragers in the world! (That's my own opinion, of course, but I've been here since July 1 and already lost 15 pounds with 20 to go!)
