My name is April, I just joined yesterday, hoping this site will give me the motivation I need to reach my goals... So please give me motivation to stay on top of my workout/eating,

    Hi!....Welcome!

    Just keeping track of what you eat will motivate you to eat better :-)
    Having the settings so that other people can see your diary will even motivate you more :-)

    There are lots of posts to read and comment on...pretty much every topic related to weight loss is covered reguarly, and you can befriend people who are going through the same things you are going through.

    I personally enjoy having friends in my own age group as they can relate better...

    So I think MFP is very helpful, hope it will work for you too!

    Good Luck, I just joined, too. I've logged in calories & exercise everyday for 20 days since I joined. It seems to really be working.

    Hello, I'm fairly new on here too, I made the account a month ago and forgot about it, but lately its been a big help in keep track of everything. I also could use some motivation haha :)
