Hi everyone! I'm new to this thing but not really new to forums.
I recently started really focusing on weight loss and so far I'm down 15 pounds! Unfortunately I think I've began to plateau; but I'm not discouraged.
My biggest issue is cravings.... I've been craving the worst foods lately. SO Im thinking I need to make some friends that can help me out with that. (most of my friends just tease the crap out of me.)
OH, and my name is Jen

So have a cheese quesadilla. Buy whole wheat fajita sized tortillas, low-fat, skim-milk cheese and broil in the oven. The worst thing you can do to yourself while trying to lose weight is to completely, 100%, deprive yourself of foods you love. I lost my 33 lbs not by completely denying the foods I love, but by finding ways to make them healthier for me and by eating the appropriate portions, while also incorporating more fruits and veggies and other healthy foods I didn't typically eat. Hope this helps!0

I think I'll go another week of this really strict diet, because I really want to finish it. After, though, I'll be modifying everything and I'll finally start to eat the things I like.
I'm an over eater, too, I don't have the will power to stick to just one yet!0 -
hmm...here's an idea. my family loves quesadillas so i started using soy mozzarella. i think its called veggie shreds. actually, i'm dairy intolerant so it really helps me. it tastes great, melts great and is so much better for you than cheddar. plus you can add a mixture of chopped green onions, red bell peppers, and zuchinni. season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. makes a fantastic quesadilla on a dry pan. hope it helps you!0
