uneven muscles

My left biceps is about half an inch smaller than my right. Makes sense since I'm right handed and favor my right hand for most things. Does this sort of thing eventually balance itself out, or should actively work to help my left arm catch up?

You have to work on your other arm to make it the same

what's a good way to do that? when doing curls, say, should i increase the weight on the left? decrease the weight on the right? keep weight the same but do more reps or sets on the left?

Well, the human body itself isn't built symmetrically. But, if it's a personal preference, I'd say you could lift heavier with less reps to bulk it up to roughly the same size as your right arm. I'm also right handed and I notice my right forearm is bigger from bowling. I don't think it's too much a big deal, as long it doesn't look like that episode of Family Guy where Quagmire discovered the wonders of internet porn for the first time. Lmao.

she's right.. if you are constantly working one arm more than the other, they will always be uneven.

they can't balance out naturally unless they are being worked the same :)

Unfortunately you have to keep working on your left arm more in order to get it to catch up. Don't worry though, this is the way it is for everyone though, unless you are ambidextrous I'd suppose.

I have a friend that did body building and he stressed about having equal sized muscles more than anyone I've imagined.

Don't stress to much though. If you flex for the ladies though, just keep it to the right arm.

Trust me- when a man flexes, we aren't comparing arms to see if they're the same size! =)
