1. Can you cook boneless ones in the crock pot without them being dry?

2. What should I season them with?

3. What are some healthy sides to go with?

Thanks!

i once made a really good apple & cinnamon pork chop recipe that was surprisingly yummy! i just chopped up some green apples. i am sure that would work in the crock pot.

pork chops tend to be very salty so i would say stick to a side with not too much sodium/salt.

I havent made porkchops in the crockpot but I have made pork tenderloin. I usually just cover the meat in gravy or whatever sauce I'm using (you can even add a little broth) before I turn the crockpot on. That way there's a liquid to keep them juicy.

I usually slow roast mine with cream of chicken soup a little butter & some seasonings for taste. And I do this either in the oven or crock pot. Any veggies would go well with this & cranberries :)

I love my pork chops in the crock pot. I put 2 think or 4 thin chops in there with about a cup of apple cider and some sliced carrots. They get a really sweet taste to counteract the salt and the carrots taste yummy too. Here's some links to some websites I found with good sounding recipes:

And here's a WHOOOOOLE list of 'em: http://www.crock-pot-recipes.info/pork/index.htm

    Good luck!!
