It has booty sculpt & abs, and Cardio Party remix. Does anyone else use these?
I've been doing..... tae bo, 30 day shred, tennis, running on my elliptical, free hand weights, crunches, push ups, biggest winner front & back.......
I have 14 to go....... I REALLY wanted to be at my goal by October 1st (which is one year from when I started). But... 14 lbs in one month is not so likely LOL!
