1. Drink at least 5 (8oz) of water EVERYDAY this week
2. Do jumping jacks for 2 minutes without stopping EVERYDAY this week.
3. Walk/Jog/Run a Mile 3 out of 7 days this week.

    Great Challenge for this week should be interesting 2 min of solid jumping jacks! Hummm I walked 4 miles this morning guess I got a little bit of a head start on that one! So at least one day down! Thanks again for these challenges and nice to see you back!

    I'm not sure if I'll be able to get all the jacks in, but I'm gonna give it a good go. My girls just can't take it and my calves were screaming! :sad: I hope that by the end of the week two minutes of jacks will be a piece of cake. I thought I'd die from my first day of squats, but I got used to them. Hope this will be the same way. I think I may try doubling up on my "upper wear", if you know what I mean! :wink:

    also did 33 minutes of zumba 30 minutes of ddr 45 crunches, 60 obliques I hope to have a much better week this week!! The inches are coming off even when the scale does not agree, and I will take that... :)

    OMG Jumping Jacks almost killed me and I had to have my hubby keep me going!! Tired now.

    My stupid hamstring area is still bothering me :angry: , but slowly getting better. I'm hoping it will be back to normal by Monday. I'm not going to try the jumping jacks until it's better, just in case it ends up hurting it further. I really like the idea though! Can't wait to try it and get back to exercising!

    Today was not an exercise day for me but I did it anyway 4 miles woohoo!!! I am only counting it as 1 on here because its days that count! I was also over on my water 10 today!!! And I think I did ok on my food! Did not eat all of my exercise calories back either. Good day! See everyone tomorrow!!!!

    Good luck you guys!!!! If you cant do the full 2 min of Jumping Jacks, go as far as you can, and try to atleast do it by Friday atleast once, you will feel amazing once you to the full 2 min. If you are not used to Jumping Jacks, then it will certainly be a challenge!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!

    I hope to do better than last week weight wise.

    I'm rubbish at star jumps but will do as many as I can and will aim to do more every day.

    Thanks, I think I can hang. Im heavy chest so, I may have to modify some of those Jumping Jacks but, I will get them done. The water and the mile will be done.

    Thanks for the modification option for the jumping jacks Allison. Due to heart issues, I don't think I can do the 2 minutes. I have to keep my heartrate moderate. I'm going see how long I can go without overdoing it.

    I'm really enjoying these challenges. You keep coming up with interesting things!
