I don't eat any type of seafood, whatsoever, so I was just wondering if there is anything else that I should have in my diet to make up for this? Any other types of food or vitamins?

I don't know much about it, but my hubby has gone to wellness things for insurance that have said that Omega-3 (Fish oil) is a great supplement to take - especially if you're not a fish eater!!! I don't know the details at all, but it's one that we take now!0

Chia seeds are a great resource for omega's. http://www.living-foods.com/articles/chia.html has a nice article about them. And http://www.herbco.com sells them cheap and they are fresh. With chia you don't have to worry about the mercury that may be in the fish oil. I make the gel and add it to yogurt and mayo , and sprinkle it on my salad as well.0

You are right, omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil) should be taken everyday. It's a healthy fat that you're body needs.0
