 These are the rolling bottom (sole) shoes that claim to help burn calories, improve posture, and tone mussle plus a few more things. Has anyone tried them and if so what do you think about them. (besides being very expensive

I have heard of them, they look different to say the least but do not have any experience, sorry. Interesting concept though.. fitflops were another type of exercise shoe.. huh?
  • I tried a couple of pairs on while back. I did not purchase because of the steep price tag. One of my employees wears them daily.....she has not lost any weight, says she is no more tone than she was before....but she says they are very comfortable.

**disclaimer** the person who wears the shoes does not exercise anymore than the walking required at work and it not the healthiest eater...so probably not a fair assessment of the shoes**

I LOVE my MBTs. I have the sandals and a pair of athletic shoes.
I wear the sandals ALL THE TIME!
They are worth the price just for how they help my back! (School teacher, on my feet ALL day...it kills)
I used to walk after school in them all the time and they do help cause they make your gait different and it works different muscles.
There are lots of other factors involved to actually loose weight and tone up, mainly the increase of walking. Well of course you are gonna tone and loose if you do that!
