how do you know how many calories are in it when the container or whatever doesnt say???

    I google it. Sometimes I get an answer, sometimes I don't. If I can't find an answer then I try to use a generic one already listed in the database.

    I usually try looking for the product on-line usually going to the makers site or just do a search on bing
