I'm Over On Protein!!

I've barely eaten anything all day. I was below the reccomended Protein intake by heaps. After dinner though it is now -51. Is there a way to get rid of that protein? I'm below on everything else.

    Protein is good to be over on. There's been no evidence of negative effects of eating too much protein, and it aids in muscle development.

    it will probably work itself out over the week...that's what my nutritionist has told me anyway. :))

    I always go over on protein, too. I have been staying under on my total calories, though, and I have lost 5 pounds during the 2 1/2 weeks I've been on this site. I know my body well enough to know that protein keeps me full longer than carbs. Unless it stops working, or there is something bad about it that I'm not aware of, I plan to continue my higher protein/lower carb way of eating.

    If you feel good, and if it's working...maybe it's just what works for you too. Oh, but make sure you are still getting plenty of fiber...
