Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shread WORKS people but you have your to do it right!!! You have to really push it out and you can't just has @$$ it either you have to push your self. It's not easy, but if it was easy all of us would be skinny right? So keep up the hard work and if you need any help or motivation I am here. I have lost 23 pounds in 29 days...WAHOO!!!

I do six days a week, I also inclued about 30 mins of walking on the treadmil, a little walking always helps!0

I'm on day 9 today. I do it everyday because I lose momentum if I stop and 1 day off quickly turns into not doing it anymore.0

I was doing it everyday but my body needed a day to rest. So I started doing it M-S. Sunday is my rest day. My sports medicine doctor had recommended it.0

I am on day 5 today (should have been day 6 but would not play the DVD yesterday so zumba instead). So I don't get bored I do this most days but also zumba for an hour for a longer cardio workout.
I am from the UK but feel she really does motivate you and gives good instruction too for the moves. Hoping to move up to level 2 sometime soon!0 -

I just completed L1D4. it`s starting to get easier. I feel better at the end of the workout than at the beginning, i have more energy. and i`m usually really glad i did it.0

I'm planning to get into it after I finish with Turbo Fire. Are you also following the slim down plan which also includes the.. other 2 dvd's?0

I agree I have more energy at end than I did on Day 1.0
