So I have been working out now for about 3 months. When I began, I tested myself to see how long it would take me to run a mile. I clocked in at 15:45 range... So 3 months later my mile time is in the 9:30 -10 minute range!

That's great! I just started running outside about a month ago and my 1 minute mile was 10:57. Today it was 10:45. It's slow going isn't it?0

I was never able to run a mile in high school. Well, yesterday I went out and timed myself and the first time I did it in 10:10 and then 9:50. I'm 37 and I do believe this is the first time I have consistently been able to run a mile. Whoo hooo!0

Well I don't remember what I started at about a month ago, but Saturday I finally ran 7 miles in an hour! YEAH!!!
Doesn't it feel great when you can see a difference when your really trying! Plus doesn't it make you wonder, that if you can do this at this weight, what you can or will be able to do at a much lower weight? I can't wait!
Keep it up and keep shaving off the time!0
